Every order ships direct from the maker who made it. If your basket holds goods from more than one maker, it arrives in more than one box and carries more than one shipping charge.
Most orders come from a single maker and ship as one parcel with one shipping charge.
Goods from different makers ship separately, so you will see a shipping charge for each one and they may arrive on different days.
Returns are handled per maker. Start one from your account and we will route it to the right workshop.
