| Shipping to APO/FPO addresses: |
| Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available on many of our products. Most items that can be sent via USPS can be sent to an APO/FPO address. If you aren't sure if an item you are interested can be shipped APO/FPO, simply click the "Ask A Question" button on the page displaying that product, fill in the form, send it off to us, and we will gladly get an answer back to you as quickly as possible. |
| Registering as a customer: |
| Before you start shopping, you may want to register as a shopper in our store. This is not necessary to "just look" at the products; however, you will have to register before you can complete an order. To register, click on the "Register" tab at the top of any page above the BuyAmerican banner and take a few moments to complete the registration form making sure that your customer registration address matches the address as it appears on your credit card account (your permanent billing address). Please make a note of the login name and password that you choose--you will need both the next time you come shopping in our store. |
| Having your order shipped to a different address: |
| When you have finished shopping in the store and are ready to make your purchase, go to your basket (you can get there several ways) and click on the "I'm Ready To Order" button. Verify that the products listed and the quantities of each product are what you wish to order. On the next screen, you will see a billing address (make sure that the address shown here matches your permanent billing address). You will also see the shipping address. Under the shipping address, you will see "Change Shipping Address." Click on this option and fill in the form with the new address using your APO/FPO address information. After you have filled out the form, click on the "Submit" button and you should be returned to "Your Basket." Take a minute and double check the information that now appears in the shipping address information. If everything is correct and you are done shopping, you can proceed by clicking the "Order Now" button. You can now proceed as you would with any other order. |
